check-in and check-out were smooth. the hotel's location is great, being right in the heart of downtown. i found many cafes and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

i noticed the housekeeping could use some improvement. i found the floor to be dirty, it seemed as though no one had vacuumed.

The staff at the front desk was VERY helpful. The hotel offered a gym with a rooftop patio. I liked that it was close to robson street. I found secure car parking to be a HUGE plus for peace of mind.

The black mildew around the tub was slightly noticeable, and it made the bathroom feel a bit outdated.

the staff proved quite helpful. the front desk readily accommodated my early check-in request given my circumstances. i also found the on-site restaurant a definite plus, especially for its convenient breakfast options. the maintenance man was fast and efficient.

i encountered an issue with a faulty electrical outlet in my room. it tripped the safety switch and caused a temporary power outage. while the front desk addressed the problem promptly, the initial inconvenience was notable.

the location was fine to me and the staff helped a lot.

the room was not good, the side tables had outlets that didn't work, and i had to move the bed away to use the outlet. under the bed was really dirty. the plugs were loose and our chargers fell out. it was hard to get my cpap set up. the chord kept unplugging and i slept bad.

i asked for room service to clean the room. i also asked for someone to collect garbage, but no one came for two whole days. moreover, they said that i did not ask for any room service. the washroom had a bad smell. there was no water to drink in the room, no cutlery, and no plates. there were just paper cups, and that too only on demand.
